I am working on a web enabled spell book application for our D&D sessions and here is the first working version. It uses d20 SRD cleric spells in the beta and has no export/import feature yet.

The cool part is that it is sourced from a Google Spreadsheet (multi-user collaboration) and runs entirely in your browser.

Give it a shot and let me know if there are any tweaks you might have.

Well, Netflix changed the format of their RSS feed so that meant an adjustment to the Netflix widget.

Also, the images should be working across the board now.

Apple silently pushed out a feature I had been wanting for a while or else I just missed all the hype around iTunes plus. DRM free, higher-quality audio available for just $1.29 per song, with albums generally priced the same as the DRM versions.

Looks like it is just EMI artists right now, but hopefully more of the studios will give apple the green-light for their content as well.

To enable the feature in iTunes choose View My Account -> log in -> Manage iTunes Plus -> and check the box that instructs iTunes to let you buy iTunes Plus formats.

Folks, I can't seem to find anything wrong with the RecentComments macro!? I need more details.

I just downloaded the latest versions of dasBlog (1.9 and 2.0), built them and installed jforsytheMacros. I added some test posts, test comments and the results can be seen in the screenshots below.

If anyone using this macro can help me produce an error, please contact me and I will fix it. Also, go ahead and make your requests for next versions here if you have any.

Saw it. Tried to like it. Didn't (which surprises me too!).

I think it works well as a demo-reel for the CG company. Too bad there wasn't a story.

I would have enjoyed the movie broken up into 30 second commercials for GMC vehicles though.

Went to the show at Knockout, and it was pretty cool. Hey, if you can't see the real thing, this is just about as good as it gets.

Brad and Lenora have been visiting with us since last Wednesday when they arrived for the 4th of July to stay with us for just about a week. Today I have to take them down to the airport to see them off (sniff).

Lenora has a offer from Berkley but she will probably end up at Johns Hopkins. We had to at least try and convince her to come out here before she signs on the dotted line and heads off to Baltimore.

They did lots of adventuring while here, including a climbing trip at Mt. Diablo and a finding a climbing area just up the street from the house where a HUGE natural climbing wall is located right in the middle of the city (Beaver St.). I dragged them through Chinatown and Muir Woods as well as a July 4th at the Franciscan where we had front window views of the fireworks from our dinner table (Thanks Ashley!).

I got wasted by the coppers today while swerving around kids in strollers and barely hitting two cuddly puppies driving safely to work at a pace-of-leisure.

The cops who gave me the ticket welcomed me to California with, "Well, you can be happy that you are helping Arnold pay for his social programs." They also made me register my vehicle and pay a huge vehicle fee (the reason for the ticket).

I wonder if that statement qualifies as harassment? I certainly feel harassed. I think maybe I have mental anguish. Am I entitled to CASH for my pain and suffering?
